BEACH PILATES FLOW

Start your weekend on a high with our invigorating Pilates Flow class on Canford Cliffs Beach! Join us for a perfect blend of Pilates, strength training and a little bit of Ballet guided by the transformative TLC method. All levels welcome. We will utilise your own bodyweight as resistance, incorporating stretching techniques and optional props to sculpt, strengthen, and elongate your entire body, with a special focus on enhancing flexibility and core stability. Classes will be by the bottom of the zig-zag. Plenty of parking on Cliff Drive, St Clair Road or surrounding roads.

Bring: a mat or towel, water, maybe a hat or sunglasses, sun tan lotion and your swimmies if you fancy a dip after!
